Mary Goodale, wife, mother, and grandmother of four, graduated in the spring of 1981 from Trinity Bible College, located in Ellendale, North Dakota. In September of 1981, she was married to Dwayne Goodale. Together they pastored in West Yellowstone, Montana for four and a half years.  It was while they were there that their children, Tabitha and Joshua, were born.  When they left West Yellowstone, they moved to Ashely, North Dakota to pastor. In 1989, Mary received her MA in Christian Education, as well as, her endorsement from the Assembly of God missions department for Religious Education for the military.  From 1989 to 1991, Mary was the children’s pastor at the Assembly of God church in Blackwell, Oklahoma, while Dwayne was a military chaplain in Saudi Ariba. Dwayne and Mary became pastors of Central Assembly, Coloma, Michigan, in 1991. Mary was the Christian Education pastor and held many positions over the twenty years that they were there.  In 2011, she started Lighthouse Hope, which is a missionary outreach to the families of inmates. Due to the great need and its effectiveness, Lighthouse Hope has now spread from coast to coast, and Mary has been asked to take it to several other countries.
